Not worth the money

This resort has gone downhill. They are by far the worst hard rock. Food was horrible and staff was rude. When a waiter drops a plate at your table so hard it slides right off. The lady didn’t even stop to help us pick it up.

Rooms could be upgraded. dining very slow to be seated and very slow on ordering. NO kids meals at all. HOF member for years, but didn’t feel very special here. Resort is very large and be prepared to do a lot of walking.

A not so Legendary experience.

As a Legandary member it was really hard to see what we invested in during this visit. The entire experience was subpar at best. (This is the 3rd All-inclusive Hard Rock I’ve experienced). Plenty of inconsistencies among our group. Overall experience was more frustration then relaxing. We paid for a level of service that was not provided. We need a vacation from our vacation.

Hotel is too large & service is not good.

Worst service i’ve had in any resort I have stayed in DR. Trolly system was an absolute terror, barely came by and when it did it was completely full. Tried calling for a go cart on 3 separate occasions and no one showed up. Will never come back again.

Will Be Back

An AMAZING time I had. Some people we met said they didn’t like it because it was too big and felt things were slow or that people weren’t nice BUT everyone we encountered was WARM and welcoming. We concluded that they were just shy because they may not know the language of the guest but once you spoke they were extremely friendly, plus its just about being nice genuine people and they took care of you. I witnessed some rude/entitled guest and they still were treated nice. People need to remember just because you are on vacation you are not the only people there and these people have to serve and accommodate thousands a day and need to prepare and plan better so that they don’t feel like things are taking “too long” because me and my guest never felt like that.

Lovely resort. Friendly staff. Always willing to help.

Food is nice but 3-3.5 stars not 5. Toro and ipanema are very nice.lovely cocktail bar in toro. But the market was a little like a school canteen for me. It needs a theme night. A proper theme night with various Chinese or Indian dishes for example.

Pools a lovely, clean and lots of choice so you can find one that suits you. Beach is beautiful. I didn’t like the many sectioned off areas for Hall of fame, or legendary or VIP guests.we can’t go to their pools or restaurants or areas but they are often in the pools that Us regular peeps, can use, leaving their pools half empty. Also I’m told their food is a better choice and quality.

Rooms are cleaned daily. And staff are more than willing to help with or without a tip.

Upgrade your food choices and quality of the buffet and we will come back.

Great vacation in Punta Cana

Wonderful week in Punta Cana. Weather was perfect, food and drinks and staff were excellent. Only downside was the annoying golf carts and vehicles tgat constantly interferes with walking the resort. Beach was beautiful.

Nothing like the reviews I read. I was not disappointed at all for the reasonable price. Hotel very clean. Staff really friendly and hard working, probably overworked in the dining room same staff every day all day but still smiling. Food good and a wide variety of choice. The all-inclusive includes some alcohol just beer or wine with food. That’s OK as local prices are reasonably cheap and it’s good to explore. The shared pool is really nice and perfect temperature for the heat. Busy at weekends but we always found loungers. Lovely location. Hotel obviously a bit dated but all facilities in working order.

Hard Rock Punta Cana is a MUST VISIT !

The Hard Rock In Punta Cana is by far our favorite vacation destination. This facility is spotless, beautiful and a true non-stop ride…I need a vacation from my vacation. The list of the to-do’s is a mile long and everyone is exceptionally nice and engaging. My diet was wrecked from all of the delicious foods and the variety of restaurants. This is the true WOW factor. You can’t walk 50 feet without some type of food offerings, even at the pool, shopping mall or even outside the casino. We can’t wait to go back at Christmas for another visit.

Family Vacation / Vow Renewal

We had a wonderful family vacation at Hard Rock Punta Cana. We were a family of 16 people including 5 children under 5 years old. There was something for everyone to do Lots of pools, water parks for the children and beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A very special shout out to our Assistants Esmelvin and Heriberto who went above and beyond to make our vacation special. They contacted us each day to see how they could be of service to us and even came to find us around the resort to make sure that we were all enjoying everything. Also special shout out to Niurca our wedding planner who made sure that our vow renewal was a special day for us. Those 3 truly made us feel like we were family. If you go be sure to request Esmelvin and Heriberto as you will not be disappointed. They will certainly cater to your every need.

Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Resort is beautiful. Rooms and environment is friendly, safe, and entertaining. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults to do all day and night.

Trip of a lifetime!

Incredible week with 33 family members ages 1 to 80 for beach wedding which was beautiful. Activities and entertainment for everyone. Personal assistant Wendi so very organized and accommodating to help maximize the all inclusive experience. Hospitality at its finest. Amazing!
