How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (December-April) and weekends, 2-4 weeks is ideal. Off-season, we can often arrange something within a week. The earlier you reach out, the more options we have. But if you're last-minute, still message us - we've pulled off miracles before.
Do I have to pay to reserve?
No! We offer reserve now, pay later. Submit the form, tell us what you need, and we'll send you options with exact pricing. We'll reserve your date - no payment required until closer to your trip.
How does group booking payment work?
We divide the total among all participants and send you a shareable payment link. Each person pays their share directly - no chasing friends for money. We provide live tracking so you can see who's paid and who hasn't.
Can you handle large groups?
Absolutely. We've coordinated groups of 100+ across multiple boats - this is especially popular with spring breakers. Split payments, different pickup locations, dietary restrictions - we've seen it all. This is actually where we shine.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather in Punta Cana is pretty reliable, but we always have a Plan B. If conditions look unsafe or if the Dominican Navy cancels water activities, we'll reschedule at no charge. Your safety comes first, always.
