What if my flight is delayed or rescheduled?
Your driver waits at no extra charge. We track your flight in real time using the number you give us at checkout, so if you land late we already know. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled to a different day, message us on WhatsApp and we will move your pickup for free.
Can I cancel? Will I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund: no fees, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we do our best to rebook or refund.
Do you offer child seats and boosters?
Yes, free of charge. Add the request in the contact step (we ask about seats and boosters by age) and the driver will have them installed when you arrive.
Where will the driver meet me?
Inside the arrivals hall at PUJ, holding a sign with your name. Once you exit customs, walk straight ahead. The meet-and-greet area is on your right. We send you the driver name and phone number 24 hrs before pickup.
How do you compare to Uber or a taxi at the airport?
Uber is not legally allowed to pick up at PUJ. Airport taxis are unmetered and routinely charge $50–80 one-way. Our flat-rate, pre-booked transfers are cheaper, faster (no haggling), and your driver is already inside waiting for you.

60–75 minutes, door to door. It's a private transfer at a flat rate. Your driver meets you inside PUJ arrivals and drives straight to your resort in Bayahibe, La Romana or Casa de Campo, with no shared-shuttle stops along the way.
Do you do transfers from Punta Cana airport to Santo Domingo?
