Get picked up from your hotel in the Bávaro–Punta Cana area. Your guide verifies all guests and provides a quick orientation before departure.

Important details
- You can enjoy a buffet-style lunch (not included).
- Children under six years old are not allowed to participate in Zip Line.
- Minimum age to participate in the buggies: 13 years old
- The maximum weight limit to participate in the Zipline tour is 280 pounds
- Driver must be 18 years old and must bring phisical drivers license to the park
- This tour is not suitable for disabled persons, pregnant women, or persons suffering from any serious illness or disability
- Clients can upgrade their package to include the Sunshine Cruise excursion for an additional cost of US$30.00 per person (taxes included).

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of footwear is recommended?
We recommend you bring hiking/tennis shoes as there is a lot of walking on uneven trails. Also, water shoes are great for the caves, and zip line which ends in the water.
Are there lockers available for rent?
Yes, lockers are available which can be rented with debit, credit, or cash.
Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, roundtrip transportation is available for all hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Transportation can be accommodated for most Airbnb's as well.
Are you free to walk the park freely?
Yes. Once in the park, you'll have full access to every attraction. There are no tour guides or groups to wait for.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity starts for a full refund.
Am I able to reschedule?
Yes. We can reschedule your activity as long as you notify us in time. If we cannot reschedule due to matters outside of our control and were notified 24-48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
Can I do this activity if I’m staying in Bayahíbe?
Yes, but it’s only available on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and there is a $10 transportation fee payable in cash upon arrival at the park.
