What you'll do

Pickup at your resort
Guests are picked up from Punta Cana/Bávaro hotels. Pickup times vary by location.

Transfer to the dolphin habitat
Travel to the marine center where dolphins are cared for.

Welcome and orientation
Meet trainers, receive safety guidelines, and learn how the interaction experience works.

Gear and platform setup
Guests receive life jackets and enter the shallow-water platform; no swimming ability required.

Dolphin encounter
Enjoy guided interactions such as handshake, hand target, hug, smile, and gentle touches while learning about dolphin behavior and conservation.

Return transfer
Return to your hotel by shuttle.

- Children from 6 to 12 years old are considered minors and must be accompanied adult
- the use of personal cameras is not allowed at the time of the swimming experience
- Can purchase your photography package at an additional cost
- Pregnant women up to 5 months can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program
- Cell phone photography is not permitted.

Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, roundtrip transportation is available for all hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Transportation can be accommodated for most Airbnb's as well.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity starts for a full refund.
Am I able to reschedule?
Yes. We can reschedule your activity as long as you notify us in time. If we cannot reschedule due to matters outside of our control and were notified 24-48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
