Easy to work with if you need to change things. They offer a good range of tours that are well run. You pay before you go so that you don’t have to worry about paying while your on vacation. I used Punta Cana Adventures for a private trip to Saona Island and they didn’t disappoint. The boat was beautiful the crew was amazing. We stopped at the natural pool twice which was great.
