Restrictions: This tour is not suitable for disabled persons, pregnant women, or persons suffering from any serious illness or disability. Children under six years old are not allowed to participate in Zip Line. Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances are not allowed to participate.
Minimum age to participate combined with height: Age 6 years and a height of 4.2 feet.
Minimum age to drive the buggies: 18 years old (with driver license)
Minimum height to participate in the Buggys, Zip-line: 130cm/4.25ft.
Maximum weight to participate in the Zip-lines: 290 Pounds or 130kg.
Driver must be 18 years old and must bring phisical drivers license to the park.
Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
The total duration of the tour is an approximate time starting once the pick up at your hotel until your transfer back.
We have different shared bus schedules for your return to your hotel, it will depend on your package and the time you want to stay with us to enjoy our facilities.
We invite you to confirm your departure bus to your hotel at reception.
All participants must sign a disclaimer form before the tour.
Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.
A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. As a passenger, the minimum to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inch.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take to the activities any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar. Lockers are available for an extra cost of USD$ 5.00 (Small) or USD$ 8.00 (Large) for the whole day.
Flip-flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions on the weight, height, and age of the participants.
